If you was buy the new domain and still have some problem when use it, it is posibble happen becouse google.apps and blogger.com have a diffrent database. So in this case if google.apps was record your new domain then the blogger.com will ignored it and so it vice versa.
For eliminate and solve this problem I will try to share an easy step how to disable domain web page on google.apps.
1. Sign in to google.apps as an administartor on your domain, and if you dont have accont on google.apps lets create a new one for begin.
2. After you succes to sign in on google.apps and welcome to admin panel, now click Service Settings and click web page
3. On web page settings click disable web page
Now after you sign out from google.apps lets check and re-setting to your domain custom at blogger.com, wait for 24 until 48 hour for resolve the dns and be passion.
After you domain custom setting finished and work well, you can enable your web page setting from your google.apps admin panel.
